You don't need any crossover cable to connect your servers to switches, just make sure from servers to the vertical patch panel > horizontal patch panel > switch use same straight standard. (e.g. T568B)
[server] ----- straight T568B ----- [vertical pp] ----- straight T568B ----- [horizental pp] ----- straight T568B ----- [switch]
- I saw cheap patch panel that print wrong colour code!
Suggest to patch one port, test then finish the rest of the port.

the patch panel will come color coded (a panel used for networking; telco is decidedly different), and as skazemi mentioned above it will be color coded... typical is t568b for data (although t568a is also used)... you'll match both the patch panel end and the terminal end (jack for the wall mount end devices) with the same color coded scheme (the jack will also provide a color pattern for either t568a or b)... if you haven't used a punch down tool before it will take some getting used to...
